UNIX in general does not have a defrag utility. The UNIX file systems
don't worry about fragmentation as the only block you have any
fragmentation on is the last block of a file. Now, if you are worried
about having your file blocks contiguous on the disk, it is not an issue
with the file system nor does UNIX suffer from performance problems due
to it.
There are others who could give very detailed and technical answers.
I'm rusty on the theory, but being a long time admin, it's never been a
problem.
