Did you follow the directions in the README file that is a part of the netscape-v11N-export.i386-unknown-bsd.tar.gz file? The tar file comes with an XKeysymDB and the nls directory, and tells you to set environment variables to indicate where netscape can find these things. For example, I put nls and XKeysymDB in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11, so I do the following in my .cshrc setenv XKEYSYMDB /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/XKeysymDB setenv XNLSPATH /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/nls and netscape is happy.
