I got the same error from pointyhat, but I can't figure out why. The script has a line to exit when it's called by pkg_add unless "$2" = 'POST-INSTALL', and the files that QAT and pointyhat are complaining about are created by the pkg-install file. If anyone can shed light on this, I'd appreciate it.
