https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D208893 Bug ID: 208893 Summary: [PATCH] emulators/virtualbox-ose: make NATNetwork functionality work Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Keywords: easy, patch Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: vbox@FreeBSD.org Reporter: madpilot@FreeBSD.org CC: jkim@FreeBSD.org Assignee: vbox@FreeBSD.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(vbox@FreeBSD.org) Hi, I wanted to use the NATNetwork functionality introduced in Virtualbox 4.3, = but was unable to make it work. After investigation it turns out it requires an helper program it expects to find in PREFIX/lib/virtualbox/VBoxNetNAT which is built but not installed by the port. I made a simple patch fixing this issue. Also the virtualbox 5 port I found at [1] needs the same fix.
