I can`t correctly configure dialup server on = Freebsd 3.3=20 for incoming connection

I have wrote in the /etc/ttys

ttyd0 "/usr/libexec/getty=20 std.38400" dialup on secure

then kill -hup 1

Then modem state is changed but = modem does=20 not receive incoming connection

Then I change modem state manual then = modem receive=20 incoming connection and all is fine.

How can i = change modem=20 state automatic whenever modem has been initialized = ?

How can i change = modem initial=20 script ?
