Hi. I found this in the dmesg of a 9-STABLE (2012-04-18) server.. (probe0:ciss0:0:0:0): REPORT LUNS. CDB: a0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 10 0 0 (probe0:ciss0:0:0:0): CAM status: SCSI Status Error (probe0:ciss0:0:0:0): SCSI status: Check Condition (probe0:ciss0:0:0:0): SCSI sense: ILLEGAL REQUEST asc:20,0 (Invalid command operation code) da0 at ciss0 bus 0 scbus2 target 0 lun 0 da0: <COMPAQ RAID 5 VOLUME OK> Fixed Direct Access SCSI-5 device da0: 135.168MB/s transfers da0: Command Queueing enabled da0: 572140MB (1171743324 512 byte sectors: 255H 32S/T 65535C) If I do a camcontrol rescan the warning reappears in dmesg. Is this harmless noise and can be ignored or a bug? Regards, Kai. PS: please cc me on reply. I am not subscribed to freebsd-scsi list.
