Umm.  Probably. :-)

UPDATING hasn't been updated to reflect 4.10 yet.  If you want to
make sure you have the RC before you proceed with a build you can
check /usr/src/sys/conf/newvers.sh which should have this in it:

REVISION="4.10"
BRANCH="RC"
