Who runs it? Hmm, someone at Neosoft in Texas, also: 1) The www3, and the Ireland mirrors suffer from the same problem (page dated 11/02.) 2) The Denmark, Estonia, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, and Taiwan mirrors also have the 11/02 pages, but without the broken Apache icon. 3) The Finland and Germany mirrors do better with Nov 16 pages. 4) The Australia/3, Czech Republic, and Korean mirrors are worse (the main page background color is still gray.) =-) I know some of the sites may not have that great of connectivity to the U.S. and it might be a pain for them to sync very often. Is there a "let's nag them if they're more than 'foo' months out of date" policy ?
