If you are running mail servers for multiple accounts, you should
probably have the mail server itself filter out Sircam. I use
Postfix, with the following body_check rule:

/^Hi! How are you=3F$/     REJECT
/^Hola como estas =3F$/    REJECT

I'm not sure how you would do this with sendmail.
