Here is one I wrote some time ago to allow clients to create a simple
.htpasswd file. I feed it Username: $Form{'login'},
NewPass: $Form{'np'}, and VerifyPass: $Form{'vp'} from a web
form.
Maybe it will give you some ideas ;-)
