One place I worked we had this joke going about fly-by-wire planes having computers powered by UN*X (I don't think they are btw).. what does the instruction manual say for the pilot when he sees Memory Fault core dumped On his fbw monitor .. But then again we had a manual page for the coffee machine, /dev/pifco under remarks it said.. Can be used with filters.
