I have an XP1000 running 4.0 CURRENT.
I need to get it also running on some of these new slates that I have
http://www.testdrive.compaq.com/slate

I put a disk in my XP and set the scsi address to "4"
I brought the system up and then sent it to "init 1"

I did a /dev/MAKEDEV da4 and it seems to have made the devices.
when I type dd if=/dev/da0 of=/dev/da4 bs=64k

It tells me "Device not configured"

Thoughts?
