s/4.1/4.2/ :)

(c) download the binary package from packages-4.0-release instead of
packages-4-stable.

-stable packages are for -stable freebsd *ONLY*. if you have no -stable
freebsd, (a) use packages relative to your release or (b) same as above
(cd /usr/ports/shells/tcsh && make install distclean).
