hello, What is the correct method for getting kernel source from cdrom disk1 v2.2.6 to /usr/src directory? (1) using as root]#cp /cdrom/dist/src/...does not do it. (2)i used ]#cd /cdrom/src ]# ./install.sh sys which gives me /usr/src/sys/i386/conf directories.. however after configuring a new kernel GENERIC FILE, it will `config` but fails `make depend` with../../cfs/cfs_file.c(all) `no file found` errors. Thanks in advance...i need ip-firewall turned on in the kernel for this to be a usable OS. mel To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
