Simple question!  Does FreeBSD support PCMICA modem?  My laptop computer is a 
Toshiba T2130CS with Xircom 28,800 modem and 3Com 3c589 NIC.  My 3com adapter 
works fine but the modem fails to respond.  I believe the PCMCIA controller 
is from Intel.  Please help!
