one.
named_flags="-u bind"           # Flags for named

Add the approapriote lines to /etc/rc.conf and you're all set. DO NOT, I 
repeat, DO NOT EDIT /etc/defaults/rc.conf. put overrides for it in 
/etc/rc.conf.
