FreeBSD comes with a boot manager (actually two) and you may also use the NT boot manager to boot FreeBSD (though it's a bit more complicated than using those that come with FreeBSD, and also requires NT, so if you want just Win95 and FreeBSD, using FreeBSD's boot manager is easier). There is documentation of those things in the web site.
