While it was a bastard working around the base perl and getting threads to work with perl on FreeBSD, I seemed to have successfully done it. Since I've found virtually NO documentation on doing this in FreeBSD, I wrote up some notes. If anyone is interested in looking them over for their own use, or thinks I should mark these up and add it to the handbook then please speak now.
