There can be no dropping of features in minor releases. In the FreeBSD worl=
d,
we call that POLA, for Principle of Least Astonishment.

If the jail_ variables are droppped, it will be for 12.0, or 13.0, but not =
on
11.1, or 10.4, or whatever.
