I think actually, the introduction step should apply to all developers; giv=
en
that "developer" is distinct from "committer" in that a "developer" has a
freefall account.  I can't off the top of my head remember what kind of peo=
ple
have "developer" accounts, other than staff such as dhw, given that we don't
have to have freefall accounts to be GNATS contributors any more.
