If so with what package? Heh. Many people - see archives of freebsd-isp. It's cheap, fast and reliable. Most people use stock FreeBSD installation with 'routed' (for small internal networks) or, more often, with GateD (/usr/ports/net/gated). You can of course use PicoBSD "net" floppy, which is equipped with routed and several ethernet drivers, as well as PPP. I'm in process of preparing new PicoBSD release (v.0.32), which contains some bugfixes and new features. I'm also working on more specialized "router" setup, which will be available somewhere around v.0.4.. :-) Andrzej Bialecki +---------------------+------------------------+--------------------------+ | | When in problem or in | if(halt_per_mth > 0) { | | Research & Academic | doubt, run in circles, | fetch("FreeBSD"); | | Network in Poland | scream and shout. | } | + --------------------+------------------------+--------------------------+ To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-small" in the body of the message
