I have the same messages, but pkgdb -f or pkgdb -fu don't remove those warnings. portsdb -fuU doesn't work too. I have installed FreeBSD 4.9-RELEASE-p2 (this night I'll upgrade to last security patch). Thanks for your help! Regards.
