It links with instance installed to /usr/local/ no matter if we pointed configure script to base openssl. - squid build fails if you want to point it to open/libre ssl installed from ports tree when GSSAPI_BASE is choosen. This happens because base Kerberos = is built against openssl from base. To w/a you could try to choose something different than GSSAPI_BASE. P. S.
