Looks fine. The only thing I could suggest for gnome2 port is some
form of check that GNOME1 desktop components are already installed.
I.e. when user does `make' in metaport, the metaport checks for GNOME1
files (say check that gnomecc is installed) and if result is positive
then refuses to build. This would provide at least minimal foolproof.
