Possibly, since I do have debugging and profiling options in my kernel.
But it still begs the question, why so large.  My 2.2.x kernels were
never this large and my -current kernels are not this large even if
options that can be kld's are statically built into the kernel.  All my
kernels have debugging and profiling options built in.
