I checked and it is badly out of date. To further complicate matters, the name of the package has been changed by its maintainers to irrtoolset. I have created a port for the current release of irrtoolset, but it really should replace ratoolset, so I am uncertain as to how this should be submitted. I am willing to become the maintainer of this port, now just showing "ports@freebsd.org" as maintainer. R. Kevin Oberman, Network Engineer Energy Sciences Network (ESnet) Ernest O.
