Exactly. My thoughts are to hell with them. The patent sighted is silly and we should make no efforts to do anything about it in the absense of any direct threat. In addition, I'm not a patent lawyer, so I don't know if our kernel actually violates the patent or not since what we do is slightly different than the patent in question. Is that enough?
