I note from dmesg that you're trying to read a dvd with pio0 mode.
Don't know enough to say if that's the problem but I'd sure try to
get it using dma - you may need to set stuff in loader.conf
and/or sysctl to do that.

Also, try different disks - I can't get ogle to play Episode I but
it works on everything else I've tried.
