As a general principle, if WRS are planning on doing a second edition, it would also be good to know what the feedback was from the first edition, whether or not there's a "fix list" of things to do, and so on (I see you've committed stuff from Chern already, which is good). I'd also like to know timescales, and to make sure that WRS know what's up and coming in the Handbook -- for example, Randy's install preview, that sort of thing. Mail loss means I don't have the patches to hand. I think I've reimplemented it from scratch, but I could be wrong.
