During the past 5 years LEF has distributed over 5,000,000 books to schools all across the country for Read Across America Day and other literacy projects. Resources are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Books are free. Educators only pay shipping, handling, and administrative fees totaling $0.88 cents per book.
