There are many more patched hunks than that, and much = more output. Are you snipping the messages, or is this all you get? > make buildkernel KERNCONF=3DBSDGURU > mkdir -p /usr/obj/usr/src/sys > cd /usr/src/sys/i386/conf; = Uh, sorry, I always use the 'old' method', I don't know if this works or = not (and can't try it until my 'cvsup' finishes :-) Have you tried the 'old' method? cd /usr/src/sys/i386/conf config cd ../../compile/ make depend make make install If this works for you and the 'new' method doesn't, that seems like a = bug. But neither will work if you don't have the full diffs. The ones I use = MD5 thus: MD5 (atapicam-20020820.diff) =3D deea1f3bc91aacdb0985f0c18a9ebc91 MD5 (atapicam-STABLE-config-20020820.diff) =3D fb176aeb15fd6242bd33b6e35f= 3d ab28 But Thomas is really the final word for that ;-) Cheers, AS = --==_Exmh_-49772456P Content-Type: application/pgp-signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (FreeBSD) Comment: Exmh version 2.5 07/13/2001 iD8DBQE9wGo4PHh895bDXeQRApB2AKCYDRyQtOvwyplW99yBOj9gA15FwgCfSGtI fO1SDIcqfXELohXIvHmA49o= =eb5s -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --==_Exmh_-49772456P-- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
