it was rebuild, but never reinstalled, as maybe it was not a LIB_DEPENDS
or PORTREVISION was not increased.
I saw again a crash of gitlab (sidekiq) today.
It seems to be related to some conditions I do not fully understand.

Thanks, I fixed that with r492608.

I hope that fixes also the gitlab-ce issue.
