The menu just wasn't designed to handle more than 8 configurable options wi=
th a static optional "Reboot", bringing the max to 9 total.

Giving more screen real estate won't change that and it's non-trivial to ex=
tend the code to allow items in the A-Z range.

I find I rarely (if ever) use those options (beside single-user -- which wa=
s elevated to new heights in this patch).

One of the things I like about this new menu is that it restores the 8.x fu=
nctionality that if you press "s", you immediately boot into single-user (u=
nlike 9.0 and 9.1 where you'll have to press "s" then Enter -- if this patc=
h makes it into HEAD in time for 9.2, I'll MFC and 9.2+ will act like 8.3 a=
nd older).
