However, no version of the system since 4.0 has been runnable on the hardware. When I boot up with the FreeBSD 4.5 install diskettes in verbose mode, it lets me run configuration with no problems, and it probes the PCI bus without difficulty, but stops after the message "ex_isa_identify()" and won't respond to anything other than the reset button.
