Hello all
our customers are over the world so that we send email over the world.
but i always got the the following message from isp for some customers'
emails

The ISP replied us that their DNS couldn't sevice all over million
address.
therefore, this case is normal. some DNS couldn't be contacted when
sending.
Are they right? how do i solve this problem?
