Oh no no.  It's not moving any time soon. ;)

 * 	if web service is moved from freefall to other place?  Will the
 * 	home directory be nfs-mounted?

That would be my guess.  But that's not really the point, it's just
that it will be much easier to find and fix everything if there indeed
is a change as long as they all use the "http://www.freebsd.org/~user/"
notation. :)
