Its easy. Here in Hamburg you have several "Computer-Supermarkets" 
(Media Markt, Macro Markt, Saturn etc) where you can buy AVM, Sedlbauer
and Siemens ISDN cards and from time to time several "no name" cards
from various manufacturers.

The other source is three or four PC parts shops, where you can buy all
sorts of computer hardware, mainboards, cases, cards, chips, everything
you need to build PC's and networks.
