Hello, first of all: good choice choosing *BSD/UNIX. Mauricio Brunstein wrote: > I am new to FreeBSD, and UNIX in general but form the beginning I'm > fascinated. Your intention was to start ez-ipupdate, but what you actually do is calling its configuration-file. You should change this to: ! /usr/local/etc/rc.d/ez-ipupdate.sh start And in ppp.linkdown you should have a line: ! /usr/local/etc/rc.d/ez-ipupdate.sh stop Bye, Kay
