Sure, I can use kde's screensaver (orxscreensaver), but I only > want the screen go blank and xorg can do that just the same) Just a me too...sorta. My KDE session might blank out 3 or 4 times but after that it will just stay on. I noticed when using GNOME-2 the problem went away.
