The cclient-maildir patches are fairly out-of-sync with the current cclient codebase and no one seems to be maintaining them. Given those conditions, I felt the future of the -maildir port was doomed and removed it. Sorry. However, if you are interested in maintaining the -maildir patches against the most recent cclient, I'll gladly reinstate the cclient-maildir port.
