Ok, I did something similar perhaps someone can comment on this before I PR it? The port installs, deinstalls and packages cleanly. The package also installs and deletes cleanly. One caveat, I can't figure out how to delete the /usr/local/libexec/sirc directory, the post-deinstall: target didn't work for me.
