What it means is that there was corruption of data on the IDE bus.  
The actual data transfer uses a CRC checksum to detect data 
corruption, and it caught one while doing a transfer on your system.

It COULD be a one time "stars were in the wrong alignment" sort of 
thing.  If you start to see more of them you'll have to decide whether 
you have a bad cable, controller, or drive.
