Subject:   FreeBSD 12 Beta 4 - Still experiencing boot mount problems

I am still having the problem under BETA4 of unsuccessful booting
because the root cannot be found. I did not have this problem until I
upgraded from 11.2 to BETA4. I am also experiencing spurious resets but
that may be another problem although it didn't happen under 11.2.
