That's probably your problem. Given the options you are setting you
don't need the options section at all :) I know it's documented but
since it's not needed it may not work.
Here's ours
options {
check-names master fail;
check-names response ignore;
check-names slave warn;
directory "/usr/local/lib/named";
allow-transfer {
143.227.1.0/24;
206.16.184.0/21;
198.32.4.0/24;
128.9.160.0/24;
};
};
And here's our netstat
