New test program coming, so please ignore this one.

There is something else needed to make this trigger more often, like "packe=
ts
in queue for this interface" or an actual reader on the tunfd.

(OpenVPN test suite triggers this 90% for some cases, openvpn itself trigge=
rs
in like 20% of all cases *with the same options* as if called by the test
suite, test script in the version uploaded so far triggers in 1%...)
