This issue needs a reproduction on currently supported FreeBSD versions and
steps to reproduce (minimum test case).

Ideally reproduction confirmation against CURRENT, 13.1 and 12.4

(re)confirmation that disabling RX/TX checksumming works around the issue, =
or
not, would also be great.
