Just this morning I was trying it out with little success. I'd have two suggestions: 1) the Logical Device you should use for that particular board is probably #1, not #0. Also, try to run pnpinfo to see if the values you wrote in the kernel config were accepted by the board. 2) you do not seem to have the sound stuff configured in your kernel!
