Experimental versions have the feature of being the one Wietse is currently
running. If it is good enough for Wietse, it is for me.

Postfix has been around for a long time now and while during early alpha
testing some snapshots were buggy, nowadays they're very stable and give some
good features (like the body checks in a recent snap).

I'm running snapshots myself and on some of the machines I manage.
