Hi, Take a look at http://people.freebsd.org/~msmith/RAID/index.html , he has added support for a lot of RAID cards in FreeBSD, and yes a lot of Mylex Raid Cards are supported on 4.0-stable, I dont know why they arent named in the Release Notes.
