I see what you're saying.  I think this is expected.  Nautilus 2.1.0
obeys the system icon theme.  There is no Crux Teal icon theme. 
Therefore, the only options available to Nautilus are the default gnome
theme, as well as the themes installed from x11-toolkits/gnome-themes
(the accessibility themes).  I have confirmed that they do work.

Hopefully things will get more consistent before 2.2.
